Job Description:

• Will be reviewing calls submitted through the Compliance Hotline and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) referrals from other sources to provide an initial assessment determining if there is enough information to open a case in the case management system

• Coordinator will open the case in the system and pull basic claims information from Cognos

• Will be required to contact members to validate and substantiate complaints

• Will also be tracking and trending of referrals and case types as well as other administrative duties assigned to assist and support the SIU Manager and investigators
