Description: Customer Service Representative

Location: Troy, MI (HYBRID REMOTE)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour to start

Permanent: Yes

Schedule: Monday thru Friday – 930A-630P OR 10A-7P M-F

*with 1 Saturday every 5 weeks from home from either 9AM-1PM or 11AM-3PM remotely.

Tuesday Wednesday Thursday = Onsite

Monday, Friday = Remote

Start Date: Easy interview process. Start in July 2024

Job Overview / Day to Day

• Handling 50 to 60 inbound calls relative to questions from customers about our company service

• Responsible for payments over the phone, troubleshooting and offering a solution
