Job Description As a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Tyler Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, design and implement effective learning programs, and evaluate their impact on individual and organizational performance. Location Plano, Texas | Lakewood, Colorado | Lawrenceville, Georgia | Yarmouth, Maine | Troy, Michigan | Herndon, Virginia | Remote | Overland Park, Kansas | Dayton, Ohio Travel 10-25% Responsibilities Needs assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization. Program design: Design innovative and engaging learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, and coaching sessions. Content development: Create and curate learning materials, resources, and content to support various training programs. Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, either in-person or virtually, ensuring an interactive and learner-focused approach. Evaluation: Implement evaluation processes and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements. Data analytics and reporting: Develop metrics to generate relevant data to identify learning needs and demonstrate value of learning solutions. Coaching and assessments: Administer 360 feedback and psychometric assessments to support the learning and development of our workforce. Business partnership: Consult with business leaders and HR team members to understand business challenges and create high-quality training solutions that solve business and skill development problems. Technology: Explore and integrate innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience, measure learning effectiveness, and generate efficiencies. Manager development: Develop and deliver manager development programs to nurture and grow our new and experienced managers. Continuous improvement: Possess a growth mindset, natural curiosity and commitment to ongoing personal learning and development. Future oriented: Committed to stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and make recommendations for program enhancements. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of successful training programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
