Position Overview: We are currently seeking a S&OP Order Desk Contractor to join our team in Troy, MI. Job Responsibilities: Create SO for direct shipment from VH to OEM plants - Issuing switch invoice for importing purpose. - Respond to HQ/VH request related to direct shipment - Communicate HQ, Vietnam plant, sales team to follow up the task - Tracking & cancelling open remaining SO balance weekly & report Daily regular SO creation for OEM customers - Available inventory check for daily order booking - Request inventory movement to SCM - Daily communication / share shipping plan / order booking status with SCM, Pantos W/H - System error trouble shooting with CNS Qualifications / Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Advanced Excel skills Organized and detail focused in communications and process documentation Ability to problem solve complex customer & supplier issues to be a part of the solution Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience in automotive industry Preferred (Not Required) - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excelled Excel skill) - ERP System experience - 12 years of experience in automotive industry - Organized and detail focused on communications and process documentation - Ability to problem solve complex customer & supplier issues to be a part of the solution - Bilingual in Korean - Ability to work early/late hours as requried LG Electronics, USA Inc., LG Mobile Research USA LLC, LG Electronics, Alabama, Inc.,LG Electronics Vehicle Components U.S.A., LLC, and Zenith Electronics LLC provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
