Summary:

  • This position is part of the Finance Operations team that manages the Accounts Receivable and Marketing Contra team for the Channel division.

  • The position has a broad scope of accountabilities to support the team activities.

  • This role is responsible for generating various operational and financial reporting, and analysis projects.

  • In addition, this position will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and enhancing channel programs that have been implanted in the partner channel to increase revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble and summarize data for financial internal/external purposes.

  • Conduct benchmarking and process analysis

  • Publish scorecards, and dashboards against KPIs, customer and product profitability.

  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.

  • Responsible for detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud by assisting in investigations by reviewing accounts, transactions, and trends

  • Procure, interpret, and analyze channel marketing documentation to administer, calculate and ensure accurate and on-time payment of all contractual rebate obligations.

  • Develop effective business relationships with sales and customer counterparts to interpret contract terms, align calculation/processing efforts, and work collaboratively to resolve issues.\

  • Proactively identifies dispute patterns, abnormalities, technical problems, and interface issues and effectively communicates or escalates to appropriate teams.

  • Maintains or exceeds established service level agreements.

  • Ownership of ongoing data needs for channel sales campaigns and programs.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Education Level: B.A./B.S. Degree required or relevant experience, with degrees in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.

  • Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years of experience as a financial or sales marketing analyst.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver high-quality work.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced judgment capability.

  • Demonstrate strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.

  • Exceptional experience required in working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to drive sales and operations reporting and analysis. Oracle experience is a plus.

  • Self-starter, able to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies to meet business needs and drive business value.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently

  • Experience with channel programs and incentive campaigns.
