Description We are offering an opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tucson, Arizona, 85713, United States. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for administrative tasks, such as spreadsheet management, data entry, and organizing files. You will also be tasked with handling accounts payable/receivable, email correspondence, and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage spreadsheets and enter data accurately and efficiently.

• Perform administrative support tasks, including filing and scanning documents.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.

• Conduct data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.

• Organize files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and efficient workflow.

• Perform calculations as required for financial tasks.

• Communicate with customers and clients through email correspondence.

• Utilize 10 Key skills for data entry and financial tasks.

• Ensure customer service is maintained at a high standard. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with email correspondence

• Strong 10 key skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proven ability to perform calculations

• Experience in organizing files

• Proficient in scanning documents

• Strong typing skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
