The Welder will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal structures and components using Stick welding techniques. • Performs welding tasks using various techniques such as Stick.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
• Sets up and operates welding equipment, selecting appropriate settings and tools for each job.
• Fabricates and assembles metal structures and components according to specifications.
• Uses cutting torches, grinders, and other hand and power tools to prepare materials for welding.
• Ensures all welded joints are strong and meet quality standards.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic math required.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
