U.S. Marine Corps SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR in Twentynine Palms, California

Summary You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR in the COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. Responsibilities You will maintain a photographic repository of all buildings, facilities, properties, equipment, and security features for all buildings assigned to the communications directorate (G6). You will supervise access control procedures ensuring access rosters are up to date and that only properly cleared employees, contractors and visitors are allowed in G6 allocated spaces. You will manage all contracts associated with maintaining critical functions in buildings assigned to G6. These include universal power supplies, equipment, machinery, vehicles, etc. You will supervise the supply services program by verifying the implementation of supply and contract management policies, procedures and guidelines; verify the execution of special initiatives falling within the supply management. You will administer a property management program for nonexpendable equipment which, in addition to the maintenance or property records, includes responsibility for analyzing maintenance and repair frequency and cost. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and interpreting administrative policies and requirements; providing a variety of administrative support services; assisting with facility issues, equipment; property management, inventory of supplies and/or equipment, procuring supplies and/or equipment.
