Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who is flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving tough problems repairing equipment? We are looking for an individual to join a local company looking for a Maintenance Tech. This person will be responsible for providing industrial maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of the production facility. Key responsibilities include equipment setup, teardown, mechanical troubleshooting and repair of plastic injection equipment. If you are looking to stand out in your field this may be the opportunity for you. This is a 2nd shift position that is paying $27 - $31 hr!

salary: $56,160 - $64,480 per year

work hours: 2 PM - 10 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM

Salary: $27 - $31 hr

Duties:

• Opening of the building and startup of the facility for the weeks production as scheduled.

• Shutting down equipment and securing the facility for the weekend.

• Perform preventative maintenance task, this encompasses oiling, and greasing of equipment as shown and assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Clean equipment and surrounding area of excess lubricants, oil and debris on the floor as shown and assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

• Assist other Maintenance Technicians on any repairs as requested.

• Assist production employees on tasks as shown and requested by Maintenance Supervisor.

• Recovering and maintaining Felt boards used in production as shown and trained by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Trouble shoot and repair equipment as needed or instructed by Maintenance Supervisor.

• Continues training of Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Welding by Maintenance Supervisor, and outside training resources.
