3rd Shift Mold Setter/Process Technician $25-30/HR. Position Details: The Process and Set-Up Technician aligns with manufacturing operations and engineering personnel to achieve optimal production efficiency and effectiveness in support of the overall goals, objectives, mission, and vision of the organization. Candidates will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively while being a positive reflection of corporate values. Responsibilities:

• Work safely at all times
• Remove and insert molds from the presses.
• Program presses utilizing press operation software.
• Set up work area around presses.
• Label and maintain order of all tools and equipment.
• Prepare set-up documents and diagrams for new products.
• Revise documents and diagrams when improvement processes dictate.
• Operate tow motor.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with plastic injection mold set-up; Engel and/or Husky presses; hot runner molds preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and a sharp focus on safety.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Computer experience with focus on data entry, handheld computers, and Microsoft Suite is essential.
• Ability to differentiate color including multiple and varying shades of the same or similar colors.
• Proactive troubleshooter and problem solver.
• Processing experience.
• Willingness to work shifts, OT if necessary
