We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Team Leader (Engineering) to oversee and manage key engineering projects within our property. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).

· Previous experience in engineering project management, preferably within the hospitality or construction industry.

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

· Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

· Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
