Cytiva in Umeå is looking for a IT Support Engineer.

In this role you will work from the site in a hybrid solution and will be part of a smaller team that provides IT support to the business and its staff

What you’ll do:

  • Act as IT support engineer offering adept troubleshooting for a range of IT issues faced by our associates, encompassing client systems, mobility, wireless connectivity, and printing services.

  • Provide support to remote associates where necessary.

  • Maintain/resolve all open incidents/tasks within ticket queue in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services and IT security and compliance are being met.

  • Anticipate, identify and resolve problems, applying knowledge in complex, difficult or stressful situations.

  • Communicate, orally and in writing, technical information to audiences at all levels of the organization.

  • Manage onsite inventory of PCs and mobile devices.

    Who you are:

  • Have experience in critical IT operations support environments with support knowledge of client technologies, e.g. Windows, O365, Intune, telecom, printing, AD, etc.

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills

  • High level of energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations.

  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the global organization and external customers.

  • Have excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, with the ability to quickly build credibility with our associates.

  • Have strong listening skills.

  • Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems.

  • Fluent in both Swedish & English

    It would further enhance your suitability for this role if you also possess previous experience in:

  • OT environments

  • ITIL Processes

  • Hosting, Virtualization and Network

  • Azure Hybrid environments

  • SQL database
