Lincoln Tech in Union, NJ is seeking Security Alarm System Technicians to teach students in our Electrical and Electronics Systems program. No prior teaching experience is necessary, we will provide the tools you need to become a successful instructor. Key Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in the Security Alarm industry.
Wired and Wireless Intrusion Systems installation and programming
Install and configure CCTV and Access Control Systems
Knowledge of other Fire Alarm Systems a plus
Knowledge of Codes
NICET Certified a plus
Responsibilities
Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems in our fully equipped facility.
Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability,
Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.
Great communication skills
Proficient with technology
Teaching experience a plus
High school diploma/GED
