We are looking for a friendly and motivated veterinary assistant to help us on a PRN basis. We are a 2-doctor, small animal general practice located in beautiful Green, Ohio. We see patients by appointment only Monday thru Friday. While our primary focus is wellness and preventive medicine, we also see sick pets and perform surgeries.

Our veterinary assistants perform a wide variety of duties such as gathering patient vitals and histories, supporting and assisting the doctor during well/sick pet appointments, restraining pets for treatments and exams, filling prescription and over-the-counter medications, communicating with pet owners in person and over the phone, using our practice management software to enter patient histories and medical records, administering medications to animals, and much more. You will also play an important role in bringing comfort to our furry patients and ensuring the smooth running of our busy facility. If you are a hard-working person who learns quickly and loves working with people and their pets, we would love to call on you to help cover shifts from time to time.
