Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAMPro Implementation Consultant to assist us in the successful deployment and configuration of the HAMPro solution. The consultant will work closely with our client's internal team to ensure that the implementation aligns with industry best practices and meets specific business requirements. Responsibilities will include:

Oversee the Implementation of the HAMPro solution according to ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.

Consult with the project team on optimal implementation and configuration planning.

Design and document the HAMPro solution architecture, including workflows, integrations, and customizations.

Consult with project team and Asset Management stakeholders on best practices for translating required outcomes into HAMPro-based deliverables.

Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.

Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios to validate the HAMPro implementation.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.

Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of ServiceNow project lead and project management experience

Previous experience implementing HAM Pro in a large enterprise environment

Strong understanding of change management, and proven experience leading change management efforts for a ServiceNow upgrade or implementation null
