JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Law seeks a full-time Enrollment Coordinator to join the Graduate and International Programs (GIP) team. This role encompasses all aspects of the enrollment process, from promotion and communication with applicants and partner universities to student services delivery, spanning pre-arrival to graduation. Additionally, the Enrollment Coordinator will assist with program coordination and daily business operations of the GIP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enroll qualified candidates in graduate programs, particularly the one-year Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program.

  • Collaborate with the GIP team on all enrollment procedures, including application, admissions decisions, and enrollment.

  • Manage a diverse applicant pool of 1,000 applicants annually from over 30 countries and support 200 international students in-residence.

  • Collaborate with GIP colleagues to assist with the daily business operations of the GIP, as well as with all aspects of the student services delivery.

  • Provide excellent communication and cultural empathy, essential for working with international applicants and students.

    Education and Experience:

    Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher and three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in higher education or a related field.

    Exceptional English writing and speaking skills are required. Proficiency in one or more foreign languages is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$51,000.00 - $74,000.00
