Internship overview

As an Automation or Digitalization Intern at P&G, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, innovation and leverage digital solutions. This internship is designed for students with a keen interest in automation, robotics, digital technologies, and their integration into modern business practices.

You be able to work in one of our departments: Operation, Engineering or Digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

During this internship, you will contribute to our business development and decision-making process, gaining exposure to current business challenges and see the results quickly. Also, you will discover P&G's technologies who are worldly recognized, and be in charge of different projects and be responsible for it’s success in diverse areas.

For Automation Projects you will:

• identify and correct the electrical failures or automation equipment programs;

• project and build automation panels;

• handle tasks regarding the assembling and repairing the production equipment and automation gears;

• identify and recommend changes and ways to improve the production processes;

• learn & apply daily troubleshooting operations for production equipment;

For Digital Transformation you will:

• learn how to develop and support digitalization projects;

• Identify and recommend software changes and ways to improve the production processes;

• Work within a multifunctional team with strong skills around digital space;

• Work on digital projects mainly on Office 365 portfolio.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant engineering, computer science, or technology program;

• Strong interest in automation, digitalization, and emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with programming languages, automation tools, and digital platforms;

• Have good command of both spoken and written English;

• Are a student of final years of studies or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties;

• Available at least 3 months up to 6 months;

• Analytical mentality and problem-solving skills;

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities;

• Have excellent MS Office skills;

• No experience is required, however initial understanding and exposure gathered via engagement in e.g. student organizations, volunteering, internships, education or courses in the area will be considered as an advantage.
