Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior IT Application Manager to join our E2E Storeroom Service team. As a Junior IT Application Manager, you will play an essential role in managing all Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and overseeing vendor management within the team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of RPA solutions, as well as establishing and maintaining effective relationships with vendors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you can contribute to the continuous improvement of our innovative RPA solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end flow and execution of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within our team;

  • Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of RPA solutions, promptly identifying and resolving any operational issues or bottlenecks;

  • Assist in conducting regular assessments and reviews of existing RPA processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization;

  • Assist in managing vendor relationships, including communication, performance evaluation, and issue resolution;

  • Ensure adherence to best RPA practices and quality standards;

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology, evaluating their potential impact on the organization;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of RPA solutions with business objectives and requirements;

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to RPA processes, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials;

  • Assist in providing training and support to end-users, promoting understanding and adoption of RPA solutions;

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

  • Basic understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools;

  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools is a plus;

  • Familiarity with SAP system is a plus;

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with demonstrated experience in team collaboration;

  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
