Come join us for an exciting opportunity in Virtual Sales! We are looking for individuals that want to sell to existing dental clients and build relationships with new dental clients through our virtual tools (telephone, video conference and online presentations).

What Will You Do - Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with a targeted customer group based on product or regional focus, driving ongoing sales relationships. The sales process involves:

  • Initiating and cultivating customer contacts to manage and close deals effectively.

  • Effectively identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell by product area (understand value props)

  • Creating compelling quotes that highlight both commercial value and technical benefits.

  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts that align with customer needs and business objectives.

  • Delivering exceptional post-sales service to exceed customer expectations and maintain agreed service levels. (owned accounts)

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.

List of customers per sales rep can be fully defined or it can vary on an ongoing basis depending on the approach the business unit takes.

  • Input to account planning and collaboration with field sales team

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across product lines and business units.

  • Contribution to overall sales strategy as applicable.

  • Follow service model per customer segment as defined by the team managers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential clients.

  • Effectively collaborate with distributor partners as needed in the selling process.

  • Foster and maintain deep relationships and partnerships both internally with outside sales representatives and externally with customers, ensuring sustained collaboration and customer engagement beyond initial sales interactions.

Targeted Outcomes:

  • Achieve or exceed personal sales quotas.

  • Identify and initiate cross sell and upsell opportunities in assigned accounts.

  • Lead generation across assigned accounts

  • Increased number of ongoing deals

Who You Are - Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related area OR significant medical/dental industry sales experience

  • 0-5+ years of selling experience

  • A proven track record of sales experience preferred.

  • Sales experience within medical product/services is a plus.

  • Experience sales hunting/cold calling is preferred.

  • Experience independently managing a dedicated customer base.

  • Experienced in the use of virtual/digital/remote sales techniques and with digital working methods.

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies

  • Experience working with CRM tools & MS Office applications.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Must be located in the Charlotte Metro, NC area.

Environmental Requirements

Work primarily performed in an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate with limited temperature fluctuations. May require travel using different forms of transportation.
