As a strategic member of the Solution Advisory Sales team, the Head of Workforce Management Solutions, will be responsible for an assigned quota for our Workforce Management solutions and will drive sales success by leveraging product expertise in collaboration with the Enterprise sales teams (Large and Medium Account organizations) to showcase solution value, validate business needs during prospecting, and support sales cycle through scoping and deal closure.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisory body to RLDatix and customers by leveraging collective wisdom and expertise of leading industry figures to guide product development, market strategy, and growth trajectory.

• Directly support sales of specific products as trusted solution experts with the ability to prepare and guide presentation content, including oversight and management of relevant product demonstrations with support from technical solution consultants.

• Support Account Planning with market segmentation advice and opportunity identification

• Support with content / collateral development as needed for general and specific opportunities

• Support RFP responses with solution specific expertise

• Advise customers on requirements, help scope proposals to align their internal goals with RLDatix solution capabilities

• Understand the customer’s current organizational challenges and risks

• Advise sales reps and account managers on solution specific opportunities and the development of proposals, pricing strategies, and the preparation and presentation of financial value assessments

• People management responsibility of the Solution Consultants for Workforce Management pillar.

• Provide strategic guidance on product development, market strategy, and overall business direction; including direct input, collaboration, and knowledge on relevant pricing strategies to support sales and client needs

• Offer insights into emerging industry trends and customer needs to teams

• Participate in cross-functional collaboration through knowledge shares

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience, including ability to communicate with and influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience with Workforce Management solutions, including in-depth knowledge of industry needs and requirements and detailed product/solution capabilities to service those needs and facilitate position as differentiated solution of choice.

• Strong collaboration skills, including experience in working across teams such as a sales matrix and product teams to ensure a collaborative model where successes are shared for the benefit of client adoption, satisfaction, and the growth of the company.

• Strong leadership skills, and previous management experience

• Ability to travel, travel requirements vary but anticipated to be approximately 25%
