As a Reseller Relationship Manager at Experian Employer Services, you will be the linchpin in maintaining and expanding our strategic partnerships with our top resellers & partners. This individual is responsible for managing partner relationships, coordinating through a shared services model, leading initiatives, and overseeing contract and invoicing management. They play a critical role in client onboarding, transition, and referral agreements, as well as in sales support and issue management. The ideal candidate will ensure strong partnerships are maintained, compliance is upheld, and growth is driven within the EES ecosystem.

Our Alliance Team develops partnerships with various organizations such as Payroll providers, Benefit providers, HR consulting organizations and others, who sell into the HR and Payroll space.  The reseller relationship manager is responsible for developing and managing resellers for their respective territory. A critical responsibility will be driving revenue growth through resellers, both independently and with the support of internal sources (i.e., Sales Channel Partners, Product Management and Marketing).  Through these activities you will be expected to develop relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders in target prospect alliance partner clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management:  Cultivate and enhance the partnership between EES and our resellers.  Implement strategies to strengthen and expand the relationship for increased collaboration and revenue growth.

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Lead engaging sessions with stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive initiatives.  Craft compelling presentations and work closely with EES team members to present unified strategies.

  • Contract and Invoicing Management:  Engage in the lifecycle of contracts, work orders, and invoicing processes.  Collaborate with Customer Service, Legal, and Billing departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Security Assessment and Process Updates:  Participate in security assessment submissions and stay abreast of procedural updates. Manage requests for information and client assurance inquiries efficiently.

  • Client Onboarding:  Oversee the onboarding of new clients into Salesforce and ensure timely setup as per contractual obligations.

  • Sales Support:  Work alongside the sales team to uncover opportunities for sub-clients and connect them with the right contacts.

  • Issue Management:  Address and resolve issues promptly, including credit filings, analyses, SLA reports, and managing changes in leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in partner relationship management or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and contract management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
