Position Summary: The MTS Training Academy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter Admissions and Placement Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in achieving monthly enrollment goals, managing student progress and ensuring successful job placements for graduates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment Management: Achieve a minimum of 12 enrollments per month by cultivating relationships with agency partners and potential students.
  • Student Retention and Progress: Monitor student retention and track progress, emphasizing post-training activities and job placement results.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and develop strong relationships with agency partners to drive consistent and increased enrollments.
  • Enrollment Processing: Handle all aspects of student enrollment paperwork, ensuring compliance with BPPE agency and MTSTA regulations.
  • Placement Coordination: Develop and maintain a pool of placement candidates for quick deployment to internal and external job opportunities. Ensure a smooth transition of students to

  • Graduate Support: Maintain consistent contact with graduates, focusing on hard-to-place candidates, and accurately documenting employment information.
  • Marketing Activities: Engage in marketing activities such as making presentations to outside agencies, and establishing new partnerships, telephone calls and email campaigns to attract potential students, particularly employment specialists who authorize training funds.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, tablets, and other digital devices for instructional purposes.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Ability to navigate and utilize the CRM platform for managing student enrollment, tracking student progress, and facilitating communication within the organization.
  • Online Communication Tools: Competence in using email, video conferencing software, and messaging apps for effective communication with students and staff.
  • Presentation Software: Skill in creating and delivering engaging presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to use data management tools to assess student performance and outcomes.

Other duties as assigned can include and is not limited to the following:

  • Obtain commercial drivers license.
  • Drive a school transportation vehicle within a prescribed route(s) in accordance with time schedules; picking up and discharging students and or adults at designated stops.
  • Teach courses when the need arises.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma/GED is required.

A bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field is highly preferred.

Prior experience in a sales or marketing environment where performance including monthly goals and achieving sales targets was consistently measured.

Above average computer skills with ability to prepare routine email and weekly reports using the MS Suite platform or equivalent software; with above average PC skills.

Above average written and verbal communication skills including negotiation and closing skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Public speaking or presentation skills

Class B license with School Bus Certificate highly preferred. (You are expected to obtain a School Bus Certificate within 90 days of hire.
