At the heart of technological advancement, our esteemed firm that we are partnering with is seeking an aspiring Accounts Payable Clerk. This role proposes a competitive rate of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify invoices and purchase orders for goods and services.

• Manage the timely payment of invoices.

• Maintain and update vendor records while regularizing old accounts and resolving account discrepancies.

• Prepare and maintain a variety of records, reports, and correspondence related to the work.

• Communicate with vendors via phone or email to resolve any invoice discrepancies.

  Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years in a similar position, handling accounts payable.

• Familiarity with accounting software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
