We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in Porter County, Indiana. This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting and finance functions with our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of financial reporting to ensure compliance with GAAP

• Supervise cost accounting activities to ensure accurate record keeping

• Handle the reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial integrity

• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process to support financial planning

• Manage the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system for optimal functionality

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Manage the month end and year end close processes

• Conduct auditing activities to ensure adherence to established standards

• Oversee billing functions for efficiency and accuracy

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively for financial management

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for this role.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Ability to manage a variety of Accounting Functions effectively.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is required.

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is essential.

• Skills in Auditing are crucial for this position.

• Capability to handle Billing Functions efficiently is expected.
