About the Role

We are looking for a talented software engineer to work in Core Mobile Platform development team for the SAP Concur mobile application . The team is responsible for developing the common components, frameworks, UI, libraries, platform integrations, supporting SDKs and APIs across Concur mobile. The team ensures that the application meets SAPs high standards for security and compliance as well as follows the guidelines and best practices for acceptance into the relevant app stores.

Responsibilities

• Build the next generation user experience of the Concur mobile app using the SAP Fiori UX design principles and AI capabilities.

• Develop native mobile code using Swift/Kotlin closely working with other developers, UX designers and product managers also keeping up with the latest mobile technologies.

• Deliver high quality features, seek continuous improvement of areas such as code quality, performance, and overall customer experience.

• DevOps mentality with an understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Monitoring and Observability

• Work closely with Developers, UX Designer and Product and Support teams.

Educational and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

• 7 years experience with mobile software development

• Demonstrated experience working in Agile Mobile software development.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal

• Shipping mobile applications developed in native mobile platforms iOS (Objective-C, Swift) and/or Android (Java / Kotlin) mobile platforms as well as related frameworks and libraries

• Experience developing, building, testing and shipping mobile Apps using CI/CD pipeline

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 98500 - 212200(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
