Position: Production Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Vancouver, BC – Remote

*Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 CAD hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

The coordinator role is responsible for arranging the team's daily running. Tasks include maintaining schedule by checking in with the team, relaying notes/changes to the affected crew and making sure Flow tasks status are up to date.

MAIN DUTIES:

The coordinator manages shot on Flow, including shot creation/omit according, shot length changes, and relays information to internal team to make sure affected departments are aware of the changes coming. They will manage dailies meetings, including playlist creation and notes taking, and work closely with the production team to ensure correct content are delivered to client for reviews. Additional duties include:

  • Logs all deliveries on Flow.

  • Works with supervisors and/or leads to make sure all tasks are assigned.

  • Reports to production team on daily basis for department progress

  • Coordinates with internal IO team for final delivery

  • Assists client weekly status report if needed.

    WHAT YOU BRING:

    The ideal candidate will bring prior working production experience in visual effects or animation. Additional desired skills include:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with Flow or similar production tracking software.

  • Strong communication skill
