  • Job #7782 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This System Administrator position will manage engineering, realty, and environmental document systems. Duties include user access provision, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems. This role also involves customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring data integrity through file management. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA. Pay Rate: $37.29 - $53.28 Benefits:

  • Provide reports derived from the ProjectWise application to Transmission Engineering (TE) clients as requested.
  • Assist ProjectWise Administrators with planning, configuration and testing prior to the deployment of CAD systems upgrades, configuration changes, and security patches.
  • Assist with analysis of system capability; develop functional and system requirements; complete business process design and workflow; verify integration with other modules, system components, and other applications used for processing design, construction, and operational projects.
  • Monitor ProjectWise support-related Help Desk calls; resolve client service problems and disruptions on individual workstations.
  • Request(s) may include developing reports, creating custom views, and providing a wide variety of support to end users.
  • Escalate and collaborate with the technical resources for problems that cannot be resolved by the CAD Support team.
  • Assist with resolving client service issues and disruptions caused by server/back-office problems.
  • Assist with requirements analysis regarding desktop hardware and software prior to the use of ProjectWise and other applications used in the engineering design, construction, and operational document workflow software.
  • Assist with the resolution of development and production issues with ProjectWise.
  • Assist with User account management to validate that only authorized employees have access to the applications and are granted least privilege access to data within the system.
  • As directed by management, grant user rights based on the requirements of the positions and the functional business needs, using ProjectWise Administration tool.
  • Apply and maintain ProjectWise system security, including collaboration with the Cyber Security organization to verify latest security requirements are implemented.
  • Participate in user/stakeholder interviews and joint requirements planning sessions.
  • Create and update requirements documentation.
  • Review with user representatives, recommend priorities, and obtain user signoff.
  • Assist with creation of client business workflow documents.
  • Analyze and develop solutions for maintaining and retrieving ProjectWise data.
  • Draft requirements for data management routines and business workflows that maintain data integrity.
  • Draft application support documentation, including process flows, system configurations, job aids and "how-to's".
  • Create new documentation for all changes and enhancements.
