This position plays a key role in ASSA ABLOY organization by cultivating strong relationships with system integrators, distributors and investors in order to facilitate the realization of digital access solutions projects on the Bulgarian market. This person will be responsible for growing the sales of selected access control and electro-mechanical solutions by managing SI and distribution channels as well as identifying potential investors, sourcing and developing project proposals, coordinating project execution, and maintaining post-project relationships.

  • Focus on sales target execution and market development of selected access control and electro-mechanical solutions

  • Develop, lead, and take operational responsibility for BU's day-to-day and strategic business activities.

  • Provide insights on growth opportunities and market developments.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has minimum 5 years sales experience within international companies, strong sales competence and proven track record in achieving ambitious sales growth targets.

  • Had previous hands on experience with developing and rolling out a sales strategy and/or new product (technical product).

  • Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and analytical & strategic thinking.

  • Speaks fluent English and Bulgarian.
