Banquet Server – June 25 - July 1st, Pay Rate: $19/hr

At Ventura County Fairgrounds ---

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Must have prior serving experience with strong customer service skills.

• Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities.

• Must be able to quickly adapt to event requirements and tasks.

• Strong working knowledge of the food and beverage service industry.

• Food Handler's

• Responsible Beverage Service Certification

SKILLS:

• Light lifting (25lbs)

• Table Setup

• Canape and tray

• Basic cleaning

• Banquet serving Black button-up shirt (ironed) black tie long smart black suit pants (not skinny/fitted jeans or cropped trousers and must go all the way to your shoes) black leather shoes (no loafers/boots/trainers/ballet pumps) black long socks. Ensure all nail varnish and facial piercings are removed, non-slip shoes.
