Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the independent and self-reliant leadership of The Bank Brasserie kitchen team, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of your department.
Creation of high-class food concepts, recipes, and calculations.
Responsibility for ordering, receiving, inventory, and usage of goods.
Achieving high guest and employee satisfaction.
Leading, developing, and coordinating the entire kitchen team.
Preparing work and vacation schedules.
Managing all operational activities and processes, including conducting the associated administrative tasks, such as inventory control and ordering.
Participating in internal meetings and maintaining good communication and coordination with other departments.

Proven success from previous roles or positions in leadership positions.
Experience in high-end gastronomy.
Creativity and passion for high-quality cuisine.
You take initiative to make every guest happy.
