Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the IFS ERP system, including user access, security settings, and permissions.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with other business applications.

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to the ERP system.

• Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the ERP system.

• Manage data backups and disaster recovery procedures.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using the ERP system.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

• Maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.

• Generate reports and analytics from the ERP system to support decision-making.

• coordinate with non-ERP system for integration and support

Work Experience

Skills and Experience required:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related experience.

· PL/SQL knowledge.

· Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably with IFS ERP.

· Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and system administration.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

· Experience working in a human or pet health laboratory environment or with laboratory data is a huge plus.
