Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the IFS ERP system, including user access, security settings, and permissions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to the ERP system.
Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the ERP system.
Manage data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using the ERP system.
Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
Maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Generate reports and analytics from the ERP system to support decision-making.

Work Experience
Skills and Experience required:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related experience.
· PL/SQL knowledge.
· Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably with IFS ERP.
· Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and system administration.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
· Experience working in a human or pet health laboratory environment or with laboratory data is a huge plus.
