Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Quality Control Manager and be a key player in maintaining our reputation for delivering superior quality products. In this role, you'll be developing procedures, identifying and rectifying root causes of issues, conducting product inspections, and training team members on new quality procedures. You'll also be responsible for conducting internal audits, writing SOPs, logging quality issues, developing training programs, and preparing quality metrics. To ensure our continued ISO Certification, you'll be performing risk analysis, implementing mitigation procedures, and presenting our quality control program to customers.

Hard Skills

• Proven experience in developing procedures and tracking mechanisms

• Ability to perform product inspections and develop new quality procedures

• Experience in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions

• Ability to write SOPs

• Experience in logging quality issues

• Experience in developing training programs

• Ability to prepare quality metrics

• Familiarity with ISO Certification

• Experience in performing risk analysis and implementing mitigation procedures

Soft Skills

• Outstanding communication skills

• Ability to pivot and adjust based on customer needs

• Strong leadership skills

This is a fully on-site position in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
