Job Description
Provide assistance in organizing and compiling procurement packages based on the checklist and make sure each document is in order and complete.
Print and prepare documents for bid opening.
Scan copy and upload documents on OneSource on time.
Upload fully executed and complete procurement packages in proper folders located on the shared drive.
Assist in physical count and update of inventory lists for assets and supplies.
Scanning of all Payment vouchers and obtain the right approval from the authorized person if required.
Coding of projects expenses as per general chart of account for each procurement.
Assisting in the preparation of different payment vouchers and submit complete/accurate file to finance for payment after the final review of the supervisor.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate
Experience in the use of computer and MS-Office
Good communication skills both in Dari/Pashto and English
With good office organizational skills
Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) an advantage
Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background
