About the role:
We are looking for a Semi Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll team in LATAM. The main challenge of this role will be ensuring the payroll processing for many countries, responding to employee inquiries, and controlling accounting files. This position is a fixed-term contract for 10 months.
What you’ll do:
Collect and send updates to various vendors in LATAM.
Control the monthly payroll, final settlements, etc.
Send various reports to key stakeholders.
Send and control accounting files.
Provide responses to both Spanish and Portuguese-speaking employees.
What you’ll need:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Intermediate/advanced Portuguese (Desirable).
Intermediate/advanced English (Desirable).
Knowledge of Argentine labor legislation and income tax.
Knowledge of other LATAM payrolls.
Intermediate/advanced Excel.
