The Role: Rating Analyst, Structured Finance Ratings

The Location: Beijing, China

任职要求:

  • 具有1-3年的信用分析研究相关工作经验,曾在商业银行、投资银行、投资机构/资产管理公司、评级机构或审计公司等机构任职。有一定的财务及信用风险分析能力,有财务会计、资本评估、资产证券化等某一方面的基础知识储备。

  • 熟悉excel数据处理,在vba、python或SQL等编程语言上有一定基础。

  • 在高级别分析师的指导下能进行一定的信用分析,完成评级项目、信用评估等分析工作。

  • 在高级别分析师指导下协助完成全部或部分相关研究工作。

  • 不断熟悉学习运用标普信评方法论和模型

  • 积极参与信用评级委员会或讨论,

  • 熟悉所负责的行业(或资产类别)和受评对象,对行业趋势和信用质量的变化能有自己的观点 。

  • 理解并严格执行公司政策和标准操作规程,有需要时承担公司安排的其它工作。

  • 有职业道德和追求成功的自驱力,有开放和积极的心态。

  • 有一定的项目组织管理能力,注重细节,能够保证按时完成工作的同时保证准确性。

  • 有良好的时间管理和承压能力。
