1. Define quality targets for SW development with project team. Create and maintain the Project Quality Assurance plan for software in collaboration with the Project Team to reach the Quality targets of the project.

2. Conduct gateway, process and delivery audit as defined in the Project Quality Assurance Plan. In case of deviations, ensure deviation management rules are respected and track until closure.

3. Prepare status reports for the software development to be supported and informing the respective management levels about the development status.

4. Escalate relevant software quality problems that cannot be solved by the development project team.

5. Identify Lessons Learned and Best Practices and share them with the Process Improvement organization.

6. Perform the Supplier Quality management activities.

7. Continuous process improvement, continuous training for all team members, mindset education and so on.

8. Quality critical KPI definition/implementation.

9. Quality Dashboard/tools creation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Good English skills

3. Electronics and computer science related major

4. 3 or more years’ experience in vehicle SW development/ validation or quality management.

5. Strong understanding of whole SW quality management, familiar with ASPICE, Cybersecurity, Provisional accessor would be a plus.

6. Be part of Agile model in development lifecycle, fully understanding of agile rules, especially continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous deployment.

7. Be familiar with SW measurement.

8. Capability to get necessary data from complicate systems cross disciplines, extract data to create dashboard to show clear and accurate SW maturity.

9. Be familiar with tools: Jira, Doors, Testrail, Jenkins,Python shell, etc.
