Oracle Deal Management - Principal Contracts Administrator in Colombia

Job Description

Provide a predictable, scalable, high-quality contract service by understanding customer intent and aligning Oracle teams in order to ensure compliant execution by monitoring contract, business terms and approvals to mitigate Oracle’s risk.

Detailed Description

  • Proactive project managers, providing expert guidance on policy, contract structure, customer history and approval flow among others.

  • Leaders in unifying the transaction, coordinate engagement of key stakeholders (Sales, Approvers, Legal, Rev Rec…) to ensure alignment on contracting and close plan strategy.

  • Manage risk of ineffective execution and ensure internal controls are met

  • Negotiation skill to discuss with different stakeholders (internal and external) standard and non-standard clauses and contracts.

  • Structured mind set in order to be clear and what-how-why-when is any information / approval / advice needed, and be able to transmit this info clearly to the stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills. Organized, structured and detail oriented and time management skills. Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial and/or local government contracts. Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines. BA/BS degree, Prior experience in high tech industry preferred.

  • Gestión de proyectos proactive a través de orientación experta en políticas, estructura contractual, historia con el cliente y flujo de aprobaciones entre otros.

  • Liderar la unificación de la transacción a través de la coordinación con los diferentes actores clave (ventas, aprobadores, RevRec, etc) para asegurar su alineación con el plan y estrategia de cierre de contrato.

  • Administrar el riesgo de ejecución ineficaz para garantizar que se cumplan con los controles internos.

  • Habilidades de negociación para discutir con los diferentes actores (internos y externos) los temas estándar y no estándar incluidos en los contratos.

  • Mentalidad estructurada para ser Mentalidad estructurada para ser claro y saber qué, cómo, por qué y cuándo se necesita cualquier información/aprobación/consejo, y ser capaz de transmitir esta información claramente a las partes interesadas.

Requerimientos funciones

Las responsabilidades del trabajo son variadas y complejas por lo que se debe utilizar un juicio independiente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita, verbal, interpersonal así como alta capacidad analítica y crítica. Organizado, estructurado y orientado a los detalles y habilidades de gestión del tiempo. Experiencia en redacción y negociación de contratos comerciales y/o gubernamentales locales complejos. Capacidad para trabajar con eficacia en plazos críticos de tiempo. Título BA/BS, experiencia previa en la industria de alta tecnología.

Responsibilities

The Deal Manager leads and manages the contracting process end-to-end for strategic, complex transactions that meet regional criteria requiring Deal Manager involvement. The Deal Manager sets the overall direction for his/her assigned managed deal(s) and is responsible for the successful execution of the contracting process, ensuring consistency and adherence with Oracle strategy, commitments and goals as well as compliance with Oracle policies and procedures. The Deal Manager facilitates and co-coordinates discussion amongst Sales and multiple Oracle functional stakeholders (i.e. Deal Specialist, RevRec, Finance, Legal, OFD, Business Practices, Migrations, Order Management, etc.) to reach agreement on contracting terms in order to solve complex contracting scenarios and meet the specific needs of his/her assigned managed deal(s).
