Amazon Lead Qualification Specialist in Virtual, Costa Rica

Description

The objective of the Lead Qualification Specialist is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue by helping adding valuable selection. You will help the vendors complete / add new catalog items on Amazon.com.mx complying with Amazon's bar for product data quality.

The ideal candidate will be innovative, tech-savvy, team oriented, effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills, technical (advanced excel skills) and analytical. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills as well as team skills. At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high quality results on time.

Key job responsibilities

Review and enhance the existing vendor support processes, identifying and resolving any gaps for improved efficiency.

Utilize small-scale automation and technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Provide assistance in data collection and report preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Engage in effective communication with multiple stakeholders, exercising pushback when necessary and realigning expectations.

Collaborate with both vendors and internal teams to improve selection, identify and rectify catalog defects, and analyze relevant metrics to drive sustained growth.

Initiate communication with vendors via email and phone calls to address inquiries and provide support as needed.

Interact closely with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements effectively.

About the team

The RBS team in Mexico is an integral part of the Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team's goal is to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team's primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies

  • MS Office proficiency

  • 1 year using MS Excel (find/sort data, replace, basic formulas)

  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish, oral & written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications (set up meetings in MS Outlook, basic formatting in MS Word, build tables and graphs in MS Excel)

  • SQL/Python knowledge

  • Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels

  • Project management basics
