Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Marketing Communications or designate, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotel Group policies and procedures. Duties involve planning, directing, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations and Marketing Communications activities.

We are looking for Assistant Marketing Manager.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

. Contact with local journalists, local community, institutions

. Press releases development and distribution

. Arranging with DMC PR events

. Hight communication skills with the media during their stay in the hotel

. General PR administration tasks

. Marketing activities to support rooms, F&B and Banquet sales as well as other hotel facilities

. Ability to absorb IHG culture and act as the brand guidance for the brand standers and guidelines

. Awareness of the daily activities and product knowledge of all the hotel facilities

. Install and update a press database

. Support IHG corporate activities

. Regular monitor and update for the hotel websites as well as the active digital channels

. Coordinate with all departments conducting photo shootings and video shootings and being actively present during shootings

. Ability to develop digital and social media campaigns in coordination with the Director of Marketing Communications.

What we need from you

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills

• Business language

• Bachelor's degree in marketing 2-3 years of experience in hospitality in the same position

• Fluent in English and Arabic

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

• Dynamic and experienced marketing professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and a drive for excellence
