Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Hong Kong/ Singapore/ Malaysia

Your role and responsibilities:

As a result of continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within Antech Diagnostics, part of the Science and Diagnostics Division of Mars, Inc. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to facilitate and implement a consistent marketing strategy within the APAC and emerging diagnostic markets.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to implement cohesive and impactful marketing strategies across diverse markets, drive product awareness and sales, and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute a marketing strategy that supports the growth of Mars Science and Diagnostics in APAC and caters to diverse markets within APAC, aligning with global organisational goals.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies, adapting content and engagement for different regional audiences, and coordinating with international teams for approvals and promotions.

  • Print and Media Advertising: Manage advertising across various media, ensuring relevance and impact in different APAC markets, and liaising with international teams for content and strategy alignment.

  • Content Production: Produce and adapt clinical and marketing content, coordinating with US and European teams to ensure regional relevance and compliance.

  • International Liaison: Act as the primary coordinator with US and European marketing teams, ensuring consistency in marketing efforts and effective adaptation for regional markets.

  • Trade Shows and Events Management Support: Help organize and support trade shows and events across APAC, tailoring approaches to suit local market dynamics.

  • Webinars: Coordinate and support webinars, considering regional preferences and time zones, and liaising with international speakers.

  • Product Launches and Support: Lead new product launches in APAC, coordinating with international teams for support and ensuring relevance to local markets.

  • Training and Sales Support: Collaborate with territory managers (TMs) and distributors across APAC, providing them with training and support tailored to their specific markets.

  • Product Support: Serve a liaison for product support accessing product teams in the US and Europe to ensure a deep understanding of products across different markets.

  • Strategic Partnerships and Co-Promotions: Identify and manage partnerships and co-promotions, focusing on opportunities that enhance market presence in APAC and emerging markets.

Experience and skill set required:

  • Higher Education diploma/degree in a business-related discipline preferred

  • Solid experience in marketing, preferably multinational

  • Industry knowledge, preferably veterinary diagnostics or veterinary related profession

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, engagement an team development

  • Attention to detail with an analytical approach

Work Experience
