Main Responsibilities:
Partner with the Branch Relationship Managers and Transaction Banking Sales team to provide quality Transaction Banking advisory for Trade products, oversee end-to-end execution and provide transactional support to trade clientele with the key objective to meet the Division’s revenue and other relevant targets
Management of FI limits and trade limits applications/approvals for processing trade transactions
Lead Trade Client Service team to expand business opportunities and deepen relationship with clients
Lead and develop strong effective relationships with customers to strengthen and expand business transactions and to deliver a high quality of service
Develop strong relationships with Transaction Banking Sales Team and Relationship Managers in order to effectively expand transaction banking products with customers
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally
Work in partnership with various departments, including but not limited to Operations and Corporate Banking, in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transaction execution for customer.
Work in partnership with colleagues in Transaction Banking Product Development to provide feedback, guidance and solutions for execution on client’s requirements
Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external customers to enhance the bank’s reputation and meet customer’s expectations
Develop and lead departmental initiatives to deliver increase revenue opportunities and deliver a high quality of service
Requirement:
Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking
Familiar with bespoke processes and flows of clients so as to provide solutions for standardization in the end-to-end transaction execution process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and deal effectively with others
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products and services
Proficiency in technology and excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point skills
Analytical, independent and problem-solving skills
