Overview:
This position is an exciting opportunity with a growing IT team. Black Box Network Services is a leading communications system integrator dedicated to designing, sourcing, implementing, and maintaining today's complex communications solutions. This position involves the support and enhancement of the application solutions that help to support Black Box and its business initiatives both domestically and internationally. The typical responsibilities for this position include as listed below:
Job Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Responsibilities
Primary focus areas include performing development of Analytical reports related to Business, HR and Finance.
Working experience with the business analysts/ Users and architects to design highly effective and efficient solutions to business requests as well as providing a superior user experience
Experience in development of Analytics/ Dashboards/ Reports in Tableau reporting tool
Help to the reporting tool/ Analytics to support the changing dynamics of the business
Working with different IT team, collaborate and make sure to enable Datasets to bring those in Analytical tools
Responsible to check data flow and on going changes into developed reports
Be willing to work in an environment that promotes new ideas, “thinks outside the box” and strives for excellence and enjoyment in providing all aspects of application solutions to the business
Job description:
B. Tech. in Information Science, Computer Science or equivalent work history and 3-6 years of experience in the following:
Experience with Tableau reporting, ERP Applications and corresponding business processes
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle Database and SQL queries
Excellent communication skills including working with users to understand functional requirements or troubleshoot issues
Ability to understand and contribute to functional requirements as well as ability to communicate changes both at a technical and functional level
Ability to arrive on various analytics for Various data sets
Willingness to learn and at times share with/train other members of the IT team
Preferred Skills
Experience in Building Analytical reports by interfacing various applications/ Databases
Creating Table/ Views to arrive for Data lake and building Analytical reporting
Experience in SQL queries
Experience in SAP related data work flow
Experience in Service Now reports
