Oracle Principal / Senior Functional Consultant (Core Banking) in India
Job Description
You will Interact and communicate with client Business / IT Teams independently
You will analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.
You will understand client requirements and map them to ‘off-the-shelf’ products or product features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratch.
You will Lead technical team members in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity.
You will Participate and lead, the project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops with the Customer.
You will be the key member of projects and will be the go-to person for day to day tasks under projects and will be leading a team of people to execute tasks.

Responsibilities
Primary Skills
Should have thorough technical and business knowledge in FCUBS Core, CURRENT AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, Teller, Deposit, INTEREST AND CHARGES, Payment, Lending and corporate Modules.
Good experience in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML and J2EE, Micro services, Spring Boot, Ojet, RAD tools.
Interact and communicate with client Business / IT Teams independently
Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.
Ability to understand client requirements and map them to ‘off-the-shelf’ products or product features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratch.
Lead technical team members in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity.
Participate and lead, the project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops with the Customer.
Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications.
Excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts and processes
Good communication & documentation skills in English
Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.
Good Team handling skills
Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project achievements and maintaining momentum of the project
Use a mix of global resources within a matrix environment
Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions either as software solutions or as re-engineering initiatives
Quickly assesses customer needs, develops innovative plans to solve complex business workflow
Secondary Skills
Knowledge of FCUBS version 14.x modules like OBPM, OBLM, OBVAM functionality.
Working knowledge of Oracle development tools, WebLogic server deployments, Oracle Database
Functional knowledge of banking systems.
Exposure to software development processes and practices, Testing tools
Awareness of the newest technologies in Banking
Functional knowledge of banking systems.
Good Problem solving skills
Knowledge on Islamic modules are added advantage
