Greenway Health Sales Compensation Analyst in India

Job Summary As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs to drive the company's sales performance and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing sales data, evaluating sales performance, and designing compensation plans that align with the company's strategic objectives while motivating and incentivizing the sales team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the company’s sales compensation programs.

· Develop models, metrics analyses, and processes to implement the company’s variable pay plans, including but not limited to commission plans, SPIFs, and quarterly bonus plans.

· Act as project manager for the annual plan review and design process, ensuring milestone and timeline adherence is tracked and reported to leadership.

· Work closely with the commission analysts in the finance department to calculate and communicate commission and bonus payments.

· Conduct market analysis on variable pay plans and practices to inform design decisions.

· Distribute plan documents as appropriate to plan participants.

Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.

· Proven experience in sales compensation analysis, design, and administration, preferably in a high-tech or software sales environment.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.

· Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, incentive structures, and compensation best practices.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

· Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders .

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously .
