Job Title: Country Leader - Digital Pathology - Italy

Position Overview:

Our values reinforce our culture of collaboration, growth mindset, and how we serve our customers.  In this role as Country Leader Digital Pathology you will achieve company objectives by managing the team of Digital Pathology specialists by hiring, training and coaching team members, representing the company internally and externally, Additionally, you will generate leads and analyze customers' needs to provide and market Epredia solutions.

Location: Field, Italy

This role requres willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.

What you will do:

  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.

  • Hire, train, motivate, and coach a team of Key Account, Application and Service Specialists.

  • Represent the company effectively at all level of Customer’s organizations (including top Management and C suites representatives) with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

  • Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.

  • Analyze customers’ needs and identify how our solutions address them.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Five or more years of experience in managing a sales team in a corporate setting in Diagnostics Industry.

  • Knowledge of the Digital Pathology market, or at least of the Anatomo-Pathology or Oncology Diagnostics markets.

  • Good networking with Anatomo-Pathologists in Italy territory.

  • MBA or Scientific/Technical qualification are required.

  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivation, time management and planning

  • Committed to continuous learning through reading technical/scientific literature, attending workshops, seminars, and conferences.

  • Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.

  • Valid driving license.

  • A second European language (preferably German or French), spoken and written is an advantage.
