Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:

•Execute strategies in the territory in charge, conduct sales activities to customers, and aim to achieve thebusiness plan

•Understand and execute company policy, within the scope of calculation, by configuring the object andassigning the source, configure the sales target and promote the sales target.

•Improve TS &HLD equipment installation and consumables in district through effective customermanagement.

•Effective management is based on the intent of the customer in the sales area, who manages therelevant sales channels. KPI configuration and management

•Ensure all activities are performed properly and provide regular policy updates and culture

•Distributor management. Sales and promotion of rebate programs

•Promote market growth. Cultivate key opinion leaders and academic societies and improve relationships.Event management such as seminars

•Manage the sales budget , and the expense( like Claim handling);
