What You’ll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity to impact the employee experience within a global organization? In this role, you’ll guide initiatives to support nurturing company pride, recognition and engagement by driving our employee listening strategy. Bring your positive energy to this role as you’re the ultimate brand ambassador leading this effort to help foster a culture of pride through your strategic initiatives.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

· Participate in end-to-end survey execution, working closely with cross functional teams.

· Work closely with third-party vendors, including software providers and consultants, to implement new solutions.

· Demonstrate survey platform functionalities to business users.

· Streamline complex ideas and business strategies into relevant, approachable, and engaging messages tailored to the audience.

· Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

· Develop internal communications to promote upcoming survey milestones and other initiatives.

· Work with team members on special events, program launches, and new initiatives.

· You'll report to the Manager of Global Employee Engagement and contribute to the success of the employee experience for a global organization.

What You Bring to the Role

· An undergraduate degree

· Knowledge of project management techniques

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience with data analyses and basic understanding of statistics

· Fluent English to interact with all countries.
