Ensono is currently offering a 3-month, fully paid internship program. This program is an excellent opportunity to learn how to effectively collaborate with IT consumers and stakeholders of your client’s organization while developing your soft skills and knowledge. It is a perfect opportunity to work together with Client Operations Manager communicate and provide best possible services to our clients.

You will learn how to balance agility with meeting project requirements and define your development goals with the help of a dedicated mentor.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • gathering the right artifacts around KPI metrics,

  • collecting feedback from clients through various mediums such as Client Pulse and transactional CSAT survey responses,

  • working with Client Operations Managers to build a plan to address any gaps.

Additionally, the role will evolve into a front-end role of connecting with clients and acting as a bridge to designated technical teams.

Who we are looking for:

  • students during technical studies with a passion for business and technology,

  • candidates with good communication and presentation skills,

  • candidates with a high-level understanding of IT infrastructure, analytical and data-oriented skills,

  • someone familiar with MS Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentations,

  • someone available as soon as possible,

  • candidates should be proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level).
