MUFG AVP, HR Information Systems (1 year contract) in Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regional Workday Specialist supporting APAC users.

  • Support the maintenance of HR systems, in particular Workday Human Capital Management and Reporting modules and provide day to day support to Asia users on all matters relating to the system.

  • Support to Regional Workday Functional Leads and be responsible in executing daily Workday operational tasks including re-org, security, queries.

  • Conduct testing activities for enhancements, regular system updates and functional changes in the system.

  • Consolidate data from all branches for data migration, data mass uploads and co-ordinate validation efforts.

  • Serve as in-house functional specialist to troubleshoot issues and provide HR Systems support to the internal customers as needed.

  • Responsible in delivering custom Workday reports and provide tailored reports as and when required.

  • Prepare and conducts HR systems training for end users

  • Adhere to Change Control processes governed by Global Workday Governance

  • Manning internal HR system email inbox and Workday cases raised by internal customers, either to address the issues or escalate them to respective functional leads.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in any ERP platform eg: PeopleSoft, SAP (Workday will be a plus)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in creating HR reports in ERP platform

  • Comfortable to attend calls outside of official working hour on weekdays

  • Familiar with HR process experience

  • Willing to pick up technical knowledge and configuration of Workday

  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies will be preferred

  • Highly organized & process orientated with an eyes for details

  • Ability to build relationships across with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with the greatest degree of confidentiality

  • Work well under tight deadlines and pressure

  • Detail-oriented

  • Proficient in both verbal and written English

  • Degree qualified
