To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub .  Description and Requirements Lenovo Services Sales team is looking for a EMEA SSG Presales Support Specialist - in  this role you will become an expert on Lenovo warranty services capabilities and you will serve as a go-to person for the country sales teams in all EMEA for any capability, availability, pricing, compatibility and similar questions. R esponsibilities: Creating custom solution for new Warranty Services (creating custom Part numbers) Actively consulting and providing offers of Lenovo Services products to customers/partners (providing information of warranties - consulting what is the best choice) Providing custom solution for warranty services, preparing report by facilitating appropriate services and created offers to buyers regarding products. (Creating report from serial numbers/customer’s ID provided and offer possibilities for further upgrades including pricing) Tracking and categorizing customer communications & order life cycle (checking custom Part numbers and if they were sold) Proactively supporting customers by spotting trends and predicting customer needs Providing information about availability of services worldwide Cooperating with external/internal supplier to deliver best product to the customers Cooperating with other teams to provide info of new services, giving information/approval to registration team to process purchased warranties Responsibility for tracking and communication of Accidental Damage Insurance sales, cost, reimbursement Support for regular reviews with insurance company Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales/sales-like environment, ideally within an IT corporate Fluent English (written, verbal, interpersonal), any additional language is a plus Excellent communication & collaboration skills Highly organized and effective , able to demonstrate an ability to priorities workloads, and personal time management A good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel Team player attitude Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.450 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
